Faulty remote

I bought a TV at takealot May 2019..then the remote didn't work I emailed them and was told to bring in the remote and TV. I took it back 22dec 2019in 2weeks there was no feedback. I mailed them again and was told that they see my warranty expired it was only 4 6mnths and they can't give me a new TV because I'm in my 7th month already. They are sending it to the supplier to check out.. Then a week went pass and I mailed them and they said the supplier said there's no faults with the TV or remote. They sending it to the warehouse as soon as the supplier send it back.. It's been another 2weeks now they just say they waiting in the supplier.. I mean how long does it take for the supplier to send the TV to the warehouse??.. And now no one is contacting me another week has gone by.. So I'm waiting now almost 2months for a TV that is nothing wrong with.. And no feedback
