Faulty products

I ordered 2 parfuums for more than R3108.00 for my wife's birthday. They delivered it. I wait a week for her birthday and she then open it. First one smells like water absolutely nothing, I asked her to open the other one, the sme thing we returned it. It was such a disappointment because it's a birthday gift. I struggle since August to get a refund. I don't want their products anymore. I send it with boxes plastic everything back. You can't say if a product is faulty through plastic or a box. This is theft and was my only monies. This is so sad more than 60 days past and the refuse to pay my money back so still my wife don't have a gift for her birthday as I await my monies back!!! Totally Ridiculous
