Faulty product replaced with faulty product

Look I'm getting soooo frustrated now.... This product is giving me HELL I ligged a return on my first MI stick coz the remote stopped working now I have to book a 2nd replacement coz of the stick that keeps restarting the same issue in a weeks time 2 different products... I mean really.... The first one was working just the remote was faulty! I'm getting fed up now to keep on logging a return for a brand new product Fix this issue! ***
