Faulty product ....long wait....no clientservice contact

Ordered and paid on takealot app for a fan. Very hot where mother lives it was over 40 degrees. One day even 50 degrees. Was ordered 18 Jan. Order ***. Received fan only 31 Jan. During this time had to arrange for mother to come from her town to us as her heart gave her trouble when it got so hot. She is 76 and has had a heart attack already in her life. Her heart is very weak. Happiness was short yesterday when fan arrived as the fans peed is the wrong way around. 0 1 2 3. One being slow and three the fastest but with this fan nr 1 is fastest speed and 3 the slowest. The fan blades turns and you can clearly hear it but does not matter on what speed it is there is no wind blowing me cool...so it is defective. My problem. Already waited so long. Came here not working as it should. Had to load on app for pick up and replacement. Cannot call takealot nor email them to raise unhappiness or complaint. Ref m88n xmk7v a8rm I do not want to wait again so long to get it resolved. Getting hotter again already and mother needs a decent fan. I want takelot to make plan so I can have by Thursday or Friday an other fan.
