FAULTY PRODUCT

On the 26th of September 2022 I bought Skull Dry Herb Grinder **** Crusher+ Rolling tray+ Dual lighter as a gift for someone. It was delivered on the 3rd of October 2022 and I sent it to the recipient as I mentioned that it was a gift. However, the "dual lighter" doesn't work and you can imagine the embarrassment I got, getting someone something that doesn't work. I have tried to contact your call centre and no one answered any of my calls. I am so disappointed with your service. Can someone contact me ASAP so this can be sorted out.
