Faulty product

I purchased a product recently amd it got delivered this past week. The handheld clipper does not work, it does not charge. On the takealot order it does not allow me to log a return. I opted to contact them via email. Over 2 days I spoke to 2 different people that keep saying I need to log a return even after explaining my issue. I am displeased with this issue, I cannot pay for a product that does not work and not get assistance about the issue.
