Faulty Product and no assistance
So I buy my study material on Takealot<br> <br> I received a text book with missing pages out of two chapters<br> I requested that they 1. Send me a new copy (This was before my exam) or 2. Refund me.<br> I have had 2 people email me saying they will get back to me but still nothing.<br> <br> My exams have passed I had to drive around to find another text book so now my exams have passed I still have the faulty book, no refund no assistance what so ever!<br> Not impressed.
