FAULTY POOL PUMP

I bought a pool Best way on Takealot online and it was delivered last week Friday .We then connected the pool on Saturday , paid R1800 to get the pool filed with 5000 liters of water . We then found out that the pump is faulty . I then called Takealot the same day and was advise then they need to collect the whole unit with the pool , meaning that i have to drain the water which i paid R1800 for . I really do not know why they cant just replace the pump as they do have pumps in stock ???I have been calling their offices and every time i am promised that a manager will call back , which never happens .Can someone PLEASE urgently assist me as I spend a lot of money
