Faulty Phone from Takealot

I bought a phone with takealot in March 2021, on the 14 November 2021 the phone stops working i log it to get returned they collected it on the 18 November 2021, today is the 20 December 2021 the phone has been with them for a month and two days and counting reference MRRN-7M5ZQ-RPZ

I just want my money back at this point they can keep the phone!!! i will buy at a retailers who i can just walk in the shop and talk to a human
