Faulty orders, twice in a row

I want to express my outrage because it is the second time that Takealot has sent the wrong products to me. I ordered phones as Christmas presents, but received a perfume I did not order. After weeks and weeks of phoning and emails, the company claimed that I did receive 1 phone, so they did not want to refund me. Eventually I received the refund for both phones, and ordered 2 phones again. What did I receive at the collection centre today? Again a bottle of perfume! Not what I ordered. How can you get 2 orders wrong?
