Faulty order- Takelot

I am very dissapointed in Takealot's service. If a customer order a product you expect to receive the product that you ordered and not a product that is R1000 cheaper. I ordered CCTV cameras of R3499.00 and received one that is on their website for R2499.00. It is clearly not the product that I ordered. It doesnt even have the same Brand name. I saw that the one I received is the same product that is advertised for R2499.00 and I also saw that they have stock of that one in their warehouse, but not of the one that is R3499.00. So it seems that it was easier to send me the one that is in stock in the warehouse which is a R1000 cheaper.The seller cannot expect me to take a cheaper product and tell me it is the same thing. All my colleagues at work could see that the product I received is the one of R2499.00.

I still did not receive any response from them other than they will return the product and nothing about exchanging the product for the correct one I did order. I am also still waiting for the couriers to come and fetch the product. it seems nobody at Takealot want to take responsibility for their mistake. Have anyone experience this?
