Faulty laptop sold
Take alot is a crock of sh33. I purchased a laptop for R5600 from them 3 months ago, i had it for about 6 weeks and it was showing signs of issues, i returned in to them for a replacement, as they do , they now dont have it in stock, so given I waited awhile our lovely rand took a dive and now the import costs are higher and so is the cost of my laptop which is now 6320. So i could have bought a working laptop from another shop for the original price a purchased for instead of being sold short by takelot and having to pay a difference of R650 to get my laptop from another place.

Our complaints team hasn't been able to get hold of you on the number provided. We were able to get hold of your brother on whose account this order was placed. As discussed with him we're only able to offer a replacement if we have stock. It unfortunately turned out that we don't have this item in stock anymore and as per our returns policy therefore credited his account.
He was happy with the feedback provided and confirmed he already placed an order for a new laptop. Please feel free to get in touch with us again if there's anything else we can assist with.
