Faulty item not being replaced after one month

After a month since returning a faulty Xbox one, which was my sons birthday present, I am now told that they have declined the return as Xbox wont allow them to facilitate the return. I purchased from Takealot.com, not from Xbox. I am tired of fighting for something I paid for. I want my goods returned.
