Faulty Hisense machine

I bought a hisense washing machine from takealot. The machine stopped spinning. Called the call centre they logged a return. I told them to collect before 12pm yet at every delivery they arrive around 2pm. The call was logged on Saturday 6 May 2023 today is Friday 12/05/2023. An entire week waiting for collection.

There is still an inspection that the machine has to go through and I need my washing. Today I took leave but was told they don't know if the deliver will be able collect today.
