Faulty goods from Takealot and refusal to refund

Any further info you can give us ...: You delivered on O/N *** together with other goods a set of windshields for my wife’s Tiggo 7 pro. This was for her birthday late October. I opened the package today to install. Unfortunately you supp**** two windshields for the front passenger window instead of one plus one for the drivers window . Please can you correct your delivery mistake ASAP. Photos are available if required please give your email address for me to send to? Thank you David Farrington. Takealot declined the refund .
