Faulty Goods and No Customer Service

Been a loyal customer of theirs for years. I recently purchased a wheel lock and it arrived without keys! I returned the product after 8 days (it would have been sooner but I was not home to send it back) and they refused to refund or exchange. Shocking cutsomer service after selling a faulty product.
