Faulty fan from take a lot

In september I bought 2 x 18 inch adjustable fans

I returned 1 as it did not work

since september up to now

I have returned 5 I kept telling take a lot to refund me as the whole batch of fans must be faulty

I am still waiting for them to collect and refund I have sent ermails no response !!!!!!!!!!!
