Faulty device

I love buying things on Take alot and I am usually very happy with the things I purchase but the last time I received a device that was not working and I did report it to takealot several times and still no feedback from them. I am very very disappointed and very unhappy as I do buy from take alot often and I really wish they could’ve done more effort with assisting me with the device that did not work.
