Faulty device after repaired

In May 2016 I purschased a projector from Take alot online via a friend as a gift for my Dad. Early in 2017 that following year we experienced problems with the projector as it had a big black mark on the screen. We send it in for repairs after the person who we correspond with via email failed to explain to us how the process work of repairing such unit. After a few months we contacted Take alot via email to follow up on the repair of this unit and the second person who then corresponded with us explained that we failed to make payment so the unit got send back from Johannesburg to Cape Town. We were so frustrated as this weren’t explained to us beforehand by the fisrt representative. So once again we went through the same process of sending it in for repairs we made the payment and finally got in back late Nobember 2017. We had it up and running for a week when the same big black dot appeared again. I immediately contacted Take alot via email and were told by a consultant that they were phone me at 11:00 the following day - this never happened. A sencond consultant rep**** on my mail and told me that they were not to be held responsible for this matter and that they can’t assist me. She also explained that they helped us the first time because we still had the 6 months warranty on the device however we still had to pay for the repairs on the device. I explained to her in a reply that this were ridiculous as we had to pay even though the device were still under warranty as we were told that it was our negligence that caused the device to pack up as dust were consumed in the device. I also asked what we were suppose to do - open it up and clean it and lose our warranty????? I never got a reply on this email either !!!! I am truly disgusted with the service and will never buy from this company again!!!!!!!
