faulty aircon

Bought an aircon in less than a month it stopped working . it was returned i firstly asked for a replacement which was scheduled in more than 15 day to be returned . takealot was not bothered. ..i asked for them to bring is sooner . yet another bad service .. Eventually i asked for the money to be credited back into my takealot account .. Out of spite they claim its credited into my bank account . yet i specified that it should go into my takealot account .. The service is really bad.i asked them to correct their mistake but the refuse to to so as i had explained why i don't want it back into my bank account .. This was less than 15minutes but the refuse to correct their mistake spoke to simtandile.m and shantel k ..bad service received
