Fault advising

Helo I am so not happy about the out come of my order I bought ear phones on the blue dot sale and now they are out of stock this is not far these where Christmas gifts now my planning is messed up REPLY:Hi , can you send us your order number so that we can assist you.Hi Harold, kindly be advised that the item is out of stock and we have credited your account with R315. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. You can add the item in your cart and as soon as stock is available we will be communicating this with you via email. MY REPLY:So how are you assisting me you are telling me exactly what the email said it still does not help me that the item I paid for is now out of stock now my money is in your app and I can not buy anything somewhere else I am now forced to buy the same item at a higher price. I feel that the suppliers should give a similar item for that price and also now I will receive the item late so please don't try and seem like this helps anyone but you and your suppliers.
