Fault advertising and selling knock off products

Fault advertising where by I paid for a premium product and they sent me a cheap knock off and refuse to send me the premium product or refund me. Once you paid, you are no longer a client of these. Why would you be, they got your money. You log a complaint or a refund and they don't call you back, that's because they don't train there staff on how to deal with conflict management. So they to bang to speak to clients,instead they will only email you with some lame excuse. Do not buy anything from them. Rather use another retailer instead.
