Fault advertising

Im an online buyer yet ive had the worst experience with take a lot. They advertise a product and send you a ****** demo. This psp i got from them switches of when you remove charger. They must be charged for false advertising. And they just dont care about their costumer satisfaction you call them and always promise to call back and they never. I feel that consumer rights commission should just shut them down they are *****.
