Fast delivery and efficient handling of returns

I have to compliment Takealot for their fast delivery and efficient handling of returns for my last few orders. The professional manner in which they conduct themselves is appreciated. I purchased a USB lad adapter on 9th January and it malfunctioned two weeks later. I logged the return for a replacement and the faulty item was collected and replaced without any excuses by 23rd January. I then also purchased a Shoo-Fly Spray Repellent for my dogs, but the bottle was half empty. I logged the return for a credit, and my account was credited within 3 days after collection.
