FAST AND THE FURIOUS is clearly NOT SO FAST AND ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Good day

I am writing this email with utter frustration, my first order was set to be delivered on the 20th of March 2018, on the morning of the 20th I checked the tracker as I had a busy day at work and needed to make arrangements for someone to be at home, there was an update saying my delivery has been delayed (entry was made on the 19th of March 2018) I left home and didn’t make arrangements as the delivery in my mind wouldn’t happen that day.

During the course of the day while in a strat session the courier company tried to contact me, and for obvious reasons I could not take the call. I sent them an email asking that they communicate via email to date no email received.

Tracker was updated to say delivery will be done on the 22nd, I was waiting at home all day on the 22nd no delivery happened, no call received either.

Delivery date was updated again to the 26th of March 2018 which is today, and the update says by 17:00 it will be done, it is now 16:55 no delivery.

I have another delivery that was initially set for today as well, no delivery, no update, no call.

This is pathetic service FAST AND THE FURIOUS is clearly NOT SO FAST AND ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

I expect my delivery to be done tomorrow morning, I need the delivery done before 11:30 am. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON DOING IT AFTER THAT TIME YOU CAN KEEP THE STUFF AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
