Fast and Furious Couriers - not fast Customers furious

I have been a regular Takealot shopper for a few years and have always been extremely impressed by the efficiency and prompt delivery. Then " Fast and Furious" couriers came along and everything changed. When you place an order your confirmation email states an expected delivery date. Then it is handed over to this courier company and they load it on the back of a half dead 3 legged camel ( well this is what I presume when looking at the time they take) and you start to wait. You are sent an SMS with another much later expected delivery date and on that day you will wait in despair and eventually give up. Please Takealot could you either not use this slow and non-nonchalant company or buy them a faster camel.
