Fantastic service received on faulty product

I recently purchased an expensive product from Takelot which was not functioning properly. They allowed me to return the product without any questions asked, as well as 3 subsequent replacement models. After returning the 4th model, I requested my money back. The money was back into my account in no time and I was then able to purchase the same product but from a different brand, also from Takealot. This gives one peace of mind to purchase from them. I could not be more impressed with their world class service.
