Fantastic Service on Delivery Problem.

I ordered several items listed as in stock in the CT warehouse. However there was something awry with the item and one of the items need to come from the supplier. Bit of a hack but hey. <br> Called the call center and was lucky enough to get through to Ruth who was not only friendly but helpful and professional. After the initial call we continued to correspond through email till the issue was resolved. They even refunded my express delivery payment. Breath of fresh air after dealing with my favorite call center for so many years (Telkom)<br> <br> <br> 10/10
