Fantastic Service from [URL Removed] on a return

A couple of months ago I purchased a JBL Extreme bluetooth speaker from [URL Removed] with my ebucks. I'm not so savvy with online purchases, so it was new for me. Firstly, I received the speaker in record time, delivered to my office, and was very impressed. Last week the speaker's battery started to give serious problems. I lodged a complaint with [URL Removed] my emails were responded to immediately (which was cool because it was after hours). The broken speaker was collected the next day, and a new brought to my office two days later, no questions asked. The process was so seamless and easy, and I was updated the whole time with exactly what the status of the return is. Thoroughly impressed, I wish everything in this country was as seamless and effortless!
