Fantastic Service All The Time

<p>In South Africa, there's a lot to complain about. But for a change, there's something I don't need to bemoan, but would rather hold on a pedestal: TakeALot.com. I have been shopping on TakeALot.com since before it was TakeALot. I think it used to be Take2 or something like that. Anyway, the facts are simple. In all the years of purchasing from them, the service has always been great.</p> <p>In all this time, I have only ever had one package not arrive on time, which was a birthday gift that had to be on time. So I called. Instead of being told "Sorry, sir. It will only be delivered tomorrow," I was told by the friendly call centre lady that they would make a plan... and they did. My package was delivered at 8pm at night with no fuss. That's service that we just do not get in South Africa!</p> <p>I just felt that this company truly deserves to be praised for their high level of service and amazing attitude to fulfilling their customers' needs.</p> <p>Thank you TakeALot.com!</p>
