I had an issue with an order. Sent Takealot an email and the first responder was less than helpful. Then Jessica sent me an email. She instantly spotted the problem and helped resolve it! She went as far as to contact the other party and even called to assist me with the issue! Jessica, you are a star and I hope they give you a bonus!
