Fantastic Customer Support

Recently ordered a kettle and toaster set on Takealot only to find upon opening that the kettle had rust on the steel plate within. It took 3 days from logging a return to it being accepted to it being replaced. I love Takealot. They are incredibly streamlined and efficient in their business practices.
