One can imagine when it is the black Friday sales how crazy it must be at the takealot offices. To my surprise, how quickly and efficiently they respond to emails and phone calls I made. Within minutes my questions/concerns about my orders and payments was resolved. Keep it up Takealot. In my experience you guys have the best customer service in this country!
