FALSIFYING DOCUMENTS, THEFT,

It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my refund.<br> I re-iterate the proof I provided you with from STANDARD BANK is verified and based on FACTS. I'm still waiting for an explanation as to how money was deposited in to an account that doesn't exist??? The attached so called proof of payment you've sent back isn't certified from your Bank therefore I won't accept it. I WANT either written proof you got from your bank i.e Statement,receipt they gave you as proof to indicate the money has been transferred and that the transfer was successful. For you to say that they (STANDARD BANK) did in fact receive that money I'm laying another complaint against you as you're falsifying/creating bank statements/documents that don't exist despite the fact that STANDARD BANK has provided sufficient proof that they closed that account and that it no longer exists. I'm still waiting for feedback regarding this issue??? I will continue to bring this up until it's resolved.
