False Warranty on Fridge

If I can rate 0 I do just that, I spoke to Sinethemba.M at customer service regarding this problem no help at all. I bought a fridge from takealot in July 2021 because it had a 60 month warranty this week my fridge is giving me problems I was told to phone Defy so I phoned Defy and they told me that their 5 year warranty was no more since 2020 and now they only have a 3 years warranty and takealot was notified but it seems takealot didn't update their system so I being pushed around between takealot and Defy please help me someone to sort this problem I have a invoice from takealot showing 60 month warranty for the fridge and I have the fridge for 42 months.
