False warranty claims

I requested for my Yoco Pro to be returned as the machine stopped working, this was after having it for 11 months and after doing some research I found it was still under warranty. I then returned the item as per their website to them. The then declined my return without any reason or communication. I found out the return was declined after waiting 3 weeks and logging into their website.

After then contacting their customer service they advised that the item only carries a 6 month warranty which Takealot will cover, yet they advertise on their add it is 12 months. Now they tell me to put in a warranty claim with Yoco, but they still have the machine and is now passed the 12 months warranty. They do not want to take ownership of their terrible customer service.
