False Voucher Con

Takealot emails out a voucher for use before 31 August for use with a credit card payment. When I attempted to use the voucher it came up with errors. I contacted Takealot and it took 2 days to come back with a pathetic excuse.

"Thank you for shopping using your Visa card. We’ve reached our maximum number of Visa coupon redemptions and as such coupons are no longer valid for redemption."

What *******. The voucher has an expiry date and needs to be honored!
