False Promises on Website

Looking at products on Takealot's website - there is an delivery page that says one can choose Weekend delivery if you are situated in the big centra, and the stock is available in the warehouse - but after placing the order it tells me I will only receive my order 4 workdays later. Phoning the call centre did not help either, as all the people available there have got no idea about customer service. As usual - also no senior manager available to make decisions. No benefit to make use of a business like this when you really need good service.
