False promises on delivery - ***1

I ordered some appliances from Takealot on 23 November 2017 as I’m in the process of relocating to Cape Town from Jhb. I flew in and went straight to my new empty apartment to wait for Takealot before going to a guesthouse while waiting for my furniture to arrive. I was promised to have my appliances on 4 Dec 2017, however when I called they said my order was delayed to 5 Dec before 12pm. The following morning on 5 December I went back to the apartment and waited the whole day, when I called again in the afternoon they said it was delayed and will be delivered 6 Dec before 12pm. I’m back at the apartment waiting and there is no clear reason as to why my order is delayed! I’ve had to clear my day and reschedule my appointments because I was promised delivery but nothing! I’m really disappointed with the service received and should I not receive my order by today 6 Dec, I will be cancelling and WILL NOT use them again.
