Takealot is good for false and misleading information ,

i placed an order and on it says GARUNTEED delivery by Saturday 21st January the words guarantee they need to look it up to what it says in the world dictionary means, I have contacted the costumer service my parcel was delivered to the wrong site instead of Bedfordview was delivered to Kempton park. I it not acceptable at all, if they cannot make a promised date for delivery fix the system do something because this is poorly managed , One makes arrangements for these things , they best excuse to everything is we do apologues but what are you doing to improve and fix the situation currently ....
