False promises

For the umpteenth time my parcels had been delayed. It doesnt help to try to contact them, they just ignore you. Previous deliveries had been delayed up to 3 weeks without any reason, and when they decide to answer your mail its all generic answers. Then also according to their tracking site, sometimes it said its been delivered and when you start asking questions, then again just generic answers. If only Takealot will start delivering on their promises this could be a great siye. From now on I will look who is the supplier of the product, and go to their site immediately.
