false promises and empty apologies

I received my confirmation to go collect my items at the warehouse, however when I arrived to collect I only received three of the five items and was told it would take up to four hours for the missing items to be ready. I could sit in the waiting area and wait until it was ready !!!!! TAKEALOT tells us to wait until we receive the ready for collection email before we come to the warehouse. this is done to prevent any delays. Now I am inconvenience, as now I have to return to the warehouse to come and collect again I was not told at any time that some of the items would not be ready for collection. I have sent email after email asking for my items to be delivered after TAKEALOT promised to changed the order from collection to compensate for the error and promised to deliver by December 04-2017. I am still waiting . I have however received a lot of emails apologising for the inconvenience and many promises. Yet here we are !!!! Still Waiting
