False promises.

I ordered a gift for a birthday on the 4/11/18.. I was promised it would be delivered on the 07/11/18... On the 07/11 a package I recieved a parcel . When I opened it I saw that the order was incorrect and that I had someone else’s parcel. I called them on the Wednesday to to rectify the problem. I was told I needed to lodge a return. So that’s what I had done.. although on my account it keeps saying that the correct order was delivered. On the Thursday morning I called again.. spoke to an agent who said thy would escalate the problem as I expressed my urgency for recieving my correct parcel. Mid afternoon I did the same thing.. I escalated the problem again and asked for answers as to where my parcel was. No one could tell me anything, all told me that they would speak to the ware house. I called again early evening, still no answers. Called again on Friday morning asking to speak to a supervisor.. who again had no answers for me. Today is Saturday and I need to go to a birthday Empty handed!!! If I knew this I would have NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM. I am absolutely disgusted with this service and with the absolute no care attitude! And no one still seems to have any answers!
