FALSE PROMISES

<p>To say I’m disgusted by your services is an understatement. I ordered two toys for my nephews for Christmas, only one of them was delivered on the 23rd Dec. then the Saturday morning, I got an SMS to say that my order (the second toy) is scheduled for delivery today (24/12/2016). Today is Monday the 26th and no order has been received, don’t you guys know that a lie + bad service are appalling behavior. Imagine the disappointment on the little one’s face, when only one of them received a gift on Christmas and the other one not? And I paid for both of them at the same time.</p> <p>And it’s not the first time you guys don’t deliver on time; it seems as if bad service is second nature to Takealot. This is APPALLING SERVICE. Perhaps the more you guys expand the worse your service becomes? This is immensely disappointing. What’s worse is that they came all the way from Vaal, how am I now supposed to get that toy to them????</p>
