False promise on delivery dates and being let down

h the last order that i placed with Takealot. I placed the order and still doubled checked when i would receive the order before i confirmed. So as it stated that I would receive the goods on the 29th Jan 2016 before 17.00 i continued with my order. I needed the tent for this past weekend as we were camping and our last tent had been ****** out our garage. So i order the one that would suit us and a better quality then the average tent from makro or game. On Friday morning I got half my order (My book and the tubes and lilo) and i called Mr Delivery Express immediately to find out where my tent was and was told that they will track it with driver and get back to me and let me know but i will defiantly get my tent before 17.00 that day. No one got back to me and I called ever hour from 9.00 onwards to try and get an answer as to what was going on. At 15.00 I spoke to now the fifth person at the call centre (Carin) and was now so frustrated having to explain myself again and not getting any help or no one returning my calls I held on till she spoke to her team leader and was promised that she would get back to me.
