False promise , cannot deliver

This is my second horrible experience with takalot. 1st order was nothing that I have ordered, now , I change my address on the system and they can't even arrange delivery there. They still deliver to the old address that. After I requested to deliver to the address I have updated , I am told that this cannot happen. I have to cancel my order or reorder. What a useless excuse and complete disregard for their customers. I need my delivery!
