FALSE PROMISE AND ADVERTISING

Purchased a Tv stand when opened it glass was broken, cheap wood used , not good value for money contacted TAKE A LOT for collection REf ***, sms was sent to me confirming a collection on the 2nd July 2019 to date it has not yet collected , they promised the 8th July, still nothing, tried to call them more than 20 times phone just ring and gets cut off.

please sort this out urgently don't know how though because took day off on both day you promised a collection and you never pitched, so I cant to take another day off.
