False pricing on their website and wrong information received

We asked before placing an order if the supplier is VAT registered and this was answered with yes, we will receive a Tax-invoice after the order is delivered. Now it turns out that the supplier is NOT registered for VAT, meaning we are loosing the 15% VAT portion of the purchase price. I am not even sure if this kind of selling practice is legal and will enquire with the Consumer Protection Act. Please Takealot, list in your offers if the 3rd company which sells a product on your platform is VAT registered or not. We are a VAT registered business and have ordered several times, but the "shock" comes only after receiving the invoice, as some of your 3rd party contractors are not VAT registered. As we can not claim the VAT back from SARS in those cases, the product becomes automatically 15% more expensive for us (the VAT portion of the amount paid!). It is very unfair to your VAT registered clients not to see such before an order can be placed. I can just warn every VAT registered business to purchase from Takealot before this problem is solved clearly in the product listings.
