False listing and *********** online support

I have placed an order with Takealot for Nexus extension cords and multi plugs. At the time of placing the order, both these adverti*****ts showed the I would receive a two pack of both. I have received my order quickly as usual, but there was only one multi plug and one extension cord. I browsed to Takealot's website and since my order, the adverti*****t has been changed and now suddenly the there is only one of each if you order. I have since been in contact with Takealot regarding this issue, with consulting dancing around the issue and giving not help at all. Both items are already in use and now a return is requested for something that is not my fault This is completely unacceptable, they are placing false adverti*****ts and these Nexus products listings are being change each day
