False iPhone Sales

Placed an order for 2 iPhones on Takealot on the 19th of December, and received 2 ink cartridges instead.

The response I got was 'the seller seems to be selling / advertising false goods, and we will remove them'. Then I got the corporate response of we will credit your account.

After making it CLEAR on numerous calls that I would rather a refund, they credited my account. I have had to call everyday on the hour, every hour to get this amount refunded.

Takealot has dragged their feet, and some of their service agents were less than helpful, and completely rude.

I see that the phones are still being sold on Takealot, even though after purchasing the phones, Apple informed me iPhone 12 - 14 has been discontinued.

Do not purchase an iPhone from Takealot.
